Human Rights - Research Paper Example The constitutional right of liberty as an executive power in the UK carries the foundation of offering security and protection of freedom. This is expressed through The National Council for Civil Liberties, specifically which promotes human rights while creating better understanding of the liberties that are required in the UK. The committee that has been created in the UK is based on the Public Bodies Bill, which states that there is a fundamental right of every citizen to have liberty and protection of this liberty.
